Om wedstrijden te spelen zijn er onder andere scheidsrechters nodig. Bij SKC wordt er per competitie lid verwacht om zogeheten teamtaken te vervullen. Aan het begin van het seizoen worden deze per team verdeeld. Het team geeft dan aan de teamtakencoördinator de verdeling van teamtaken binnen het team door. Het is de taak van de teamtakencoördinator om de beurten zo eerlijk mogelijk te verdelen.
Er zijn verschillende teamtaken mogelijk. Dit zijn wedstrijden fluiten, wedstrijden tellen, bardienst draaien, BHV’er zijn en zaalwacht uitvoeren. Op deze manier kan SKC met behulp van vrijwilligers wedstrijden en evenementen organiseren! In het huidige teamtakenschema kan je vinden wanneer jij bent ingedeeld voor je teamtaak. Scheidsrechters
Scheidsrechters zorgen dat de wedstrijden eerlijk verlopen. Elke wedstrijd heeft een scheidsrechter nodig. Als scheidsrechter zorg je dat de spelregels worden nageleefd en leid je het warmlopen in goede banen. Je bent dan ook een half uur voor begin van de wedstrijd aanwezig. Als je een nieuwe scheidsrechter bent, krijg je een fluitje van SKC. Er wordt een scheidsrechtercursus aangeboden om te oefenen en de spelregels te leren.
Er zijn verschillende niveau’s aan scheidsrechters binnen SKC. Als je de online spelregeltoets via Volleybalmasterz.nl hebt gehaald, heb je een V6 licentie en mag je wedstrijden gaan fluiten in de 3e klasse en 4e klasse. Na een V4 cursus mag je ook de 2e en 3e klasse fluiten. Als 2e scheidsrechter fluit je mee met promotieklasse wedstrijden en als VS3 ben je regioscheidsrechter. Dan fluit je wedstrijden in de promotieklasse en 3e divisie in de gehele regio.
Binnen SKC wordt je op je eigen niveau als scheidsrechter ingedeeld. Hierin kan je ook je voorkeuren opgeven via de scheidsrechterenquête. Als je de spelregels nog even wilt herhalen voor je scheidsbeurt staat de powerpoint van de scheidsrechtercursus en de scheidshulp op deze website onder het kopje ‘Documenten’ voor extra uitleg. Tijdens de wedstrijden zijn er ook altijd bestuursleden aanwezig om te helpen.
Tellers
De tellers zijn ook erg belangrijk voor de wedstrijden. Als teller zit je met z’n tweeën aan de teltafel en houd je de punten bij van de spelende teams. Ook wordt er binnen SKC met het Digitaal Wedstrijd Formulier (DWF) gewerkt. Dit is een online formulier waar alle punten moeten worden ingevuld, maar ook onder andere de teamopstellingen en de wissels. Er wordt dan ook van de tellers verwacht dat ze een kwartier voor begin van de wedstrijd aanwezig zijn. Uitleg over hoe DWF gebruikt moet worden, staat in de DWF hulp. Deze is te vinden op de website onder het kopje ‘Documenten’. De DWF hulp ligt ook tijdens het tellen op de teltafel. Ook zijn er altijd bestuursleden aanwezig tijdens de wedstrijden om te helpen met het tellen.
Barleden
SKC neemt op wedstrijdavonden en sommige evenementen, zoals het nachttoernooi, de bar over bij het USC. Onze barleden staan dan achter de bar om voor de leden pitchers te tappen en friet te bakken. Om alcohol te mogen schenken moet je een e-learning maken en een certificaat krijgen. Voor je eerste dienst krijg je een rondleiding om te weten waar alles ligt. De BHV’er heeft als taak erbij om de bar te coördineren, dus die is altijd aanwezig om te helpen naast het bestuur.
BHV
Als SKC het USC overneemt tijdens wedstrijdavonden en evenementen is de BHV’er het aanspreekpunt. De BHV’er coördineert de bar, hij of zij zorgt dat het USC netjes wordt achtergelaten en volgens protocol wordt afgesloten. Tijdens incidenten schiet de BHV’er te hulp. Zo moet de BHV’er eerste hulp kunnen verlenen, brand kunnen blussen en bij noodsituaties het gebouw evacueren.
Hiervoor krijg je trainingen om BHV’er te worden en moeten elk jaar herhalingscursussen gevolgd worden. Je bent minimaal twee jaar BHV’er bij SKC. Naast de trainingen krijg je ook een rondleiding door het USC. Tijdens je dienst krijg je een consumptiebon waarmee je een gratis drankje kan halen. Wel mag je tijdens je BHV dienst geen alcohol nuttigen.
Zaalwacht
Zaalwacht heeft twee shifts. De eerste zaalwacht is een half uur voor de warming up aanwezig en zorgt dat alles klaar staat om de wedstrijd te spelen. Dit houdt in netten opzetten en ballen tellen, maar ook scheidsrechterstoelen en teltafels klaarzetten. De tweede zaalwacht shift is aan het einde van de avond als alle wedstrijden afgelopen zijn. Dan wordt alles weer opgeruimd en opgeborgen waar het hoort. Ook worden de ballen dan weer geteld. Zaalwacht doe je met heel je team en wordt ook ingedeeld door de teamtakencoördinator. We need referees to be able to play matches. At SKC, each competition member is expected to fulfill so-called team tasks. At the beginning of the season, these are distributed per team. Then the team passes on the division of team tasks within the team to the teamtakencoördinator. It is the task of the teamtakencoördinator to divide the turns as fairly as possible.
Various team tasks are possible. These are referee’s, score keeping matches, running bar service, being an emergency response officer and performing a hall duty. Referees
Referees ensure that the matches are fair. Every game needs a referee. As a referee you ensure that the rules of the game are observed and you ensure that the warm-up runs smoothly. You are therefore present half an hour before the start of the match. If you are a new referee, you will get a whistle from SKC. A referee course is offered to practice and learn the rules of the game.
There are different levels of referees within SKC. If you have passed the online game rules test via Volleybalmasterz.nl , you have a V6 license and you can referee matches in the 3rd class and 4th class. After a V4 course you can also referee the 2nd and 3rd class. As 2nd referee you whistle along with promotion class matches and as VS3 you are regional referee. Then you whistle matches in the promotion class and 3rd division in the entire region.
Within SKC you are assigned as a referee at your own level. You can also specify your preferences via the referee survey. If you want to repeat the rules of the game before your referee, the PowerPoint of the referee course and the referee's aid can be found on this website under the heading 'Documents' for additional explanation. During the games, there are always board members present to help.
Counters
The counters are also very important for the matches. As a counter, the two of you sit at the counting table and keep track of the points of the playing teams. SKC also works with the Digital Competition Form (DWF). This is an online form where all points must be filled in, but also, among other things, the team formations and the substitutions. The counters are therefore expected to be present fifteen minutes before the start of the game. Explanations on how to use DWF can be found in the DWF help. This can be found on the website under the heading 'Documents'. The DWF help is also on the counting table during the counting. Also, there are always board members present during the games to help with the counting.
Bar members
SKC takes over the bar at USC on match nights and some events, such as the night tournament. Our bar members then stand behind the bar to tap pitchers and bake fries for the members. To be allowed to serve alcohol but you have to make an e-learning and get a certificate. Before your first shift, you will be given a tour to find out where everything is. The emergency response officer has the task of coordinating the bar, so he/she is always present to help in addition to the board.
Emergency response (BHV)
If SKC takes over the USC during competition evenings and events, the emergency response officer is the point of contact. The emergency response officer coordinates the bar. He or she also ensures that the USC is left tidy and that it is closed according to protocol. During incidents, the emergency response officer comes to the rescue. For example, the emergency response officer must be able to provide first aid, extinguish fires and evacuate the building in case of emergency.
For this you will receive training to become an emergency response officer and refresher courses must be followed every year. You have been an emergency response officer at SKC for at least two years. In addition to the training sessions, you will also be given a tour of the USC. During your shift you will receive a consumption voucher with which you can get a free drink. You are not allowed to consume alcohol during your emergency response service.
Hall duty
Hall Duty has two shifts. The first hall attendant is present half an hour before the warming up and ensures that everything is ready to play the match. This includes setting up nets and counting balls, but also setting up referee chairs and counting tables. The second guard shift is at the end of the evening when all matches are over. Then everything is cleaned up and stored where it belongs. The balls are then counted again. You do room watch with your entire team and is also assigned by the team tasks coordinator.
